Weekly Coffee Morning

Coffee Mornings will be held on wednesday of every week from the beginning of January 2010. To be hosted by MKSNAP, in partnership with Cllr Edward Butler-Ellis. Admission £1 - Free Parking Available on site and nearby next to the sports field pavillion. Books are also available to purchase at 50p paperback / £1 hardback

REGISTER Monday to Friday at MK SNAP.The first weigh-in is on TUESDAY 19th JANUARY anytime between 9am and 3pm come into MK SNAP’s centre at Walnut Tree, (plenty of free parking spaces) register for £5.00 and weigh yourself. You will have your own slimming card to keep a note of your weight loss. The monthly fee is £2.00 and weigh-in days are monthly (on the 3rd Tuesday of each month; same times as stated above) Come along with friends and colleagues and make it fun.

A POUND FOR A £1 Garry Dockree of Admiral Solutions has kindly offered to pay £1.00 to MK SNAP for every pound you lose, so you will not only be helping yourself, but helping MK SNAP as well, what better motivation do you need!!!
